Occupational Health / Medico Legal
Pre-employment medicals are sometimes required by companies to ensure that candidates are medically fit to do their job without any risk to themselves or others. These assessments involve the following.
- Health questions to find out about medical background.
- Physical examination
- Measurements for height, weight, temperature, blood pressure
- Recreational drug and alcohol screening
- Hearing and vision testing
On completion, a report will be sent by the doctor to your potential employer.
MEDICO-LEGAL REPORTS
- Pre-employment health assessment
- We offer pre-employment health assessments which include height, weight, blood pressure, BMI, pulmonary questionnaire, full blood profile, audiogram, eyesight examination, physical examination, drug screening and health questionnaire.
- Fitness for work assessment
- These assessments are provided for employees whose work is impacting on their health or whose health is affecting their ability to work.
- Health surveillance
- This screening involves a full examination, analysis of lifestyle and a review of personal and family medical history, routine serology, urinalysis, well woman/man screening, pulmonary function testing, vision screening, fitness assessment and audiometry.
- Absence management services
- A full examination of any employee with an absenteeism problem can be carried out and a comprehensive written report is provided to the employer.
